Will my reps actually use it?
That is the real question, and it is why the app works offline, loads on a cheap Android, and is in Hindi as well as English. A rep who loses an order to a dead network stops trusting the app that day — so orders, visits and attendance all record offline and sync when there is signal.
What happens to everything in my spreadsheets?
We import it. Customers, products, price lists, outstanding balances and your team structure, before you go live. You do not start from an empty screen.
We work differently from other companies. Will it fit?
Your stages, your fields and your words are configuration, not custom development. If you call them dealers rather than customers, the app says dealers — including in the app your reps use.
Can I see where my team is?
Yes, with check-ins verified against the customer’s location rather than typed in. It is worth being straightforward: the team can see that it is on. Location that is hidden from the people it tracks is how an app gets uninstalled.
