Terms

This is a draft terms of service and is not yet legally binding. It must be reviewed by a lawyer before launch. Do not rely on it.

These terms cover your use of BO2, provided by The House of SaaS Pvt Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them.

The trial

Fourteen days, no card. At the end of it the account continues on a paid plan or stops; we will not charge you without you choosing a plan first.

Billing

Priced per person, per month, billed yearly in advance. GST at 18% is added. Seats can be added at any time and are charged pro rata for the remainder of the period.

Your data

It is yours. We store and process it to run the service for you. You can export it at any time, and we delete it on request.

Availability

We aim for the service to be available at all times and will tell you about planned maintenance in advance. We do not promise it will never be interrupted.

Ending it

You can cancel at any time. Your data stays exportable for a period afterwards.
